Booklet from "The Victory Handbook Series." These booklets were sold to raise money for the war effort. The information and advertising were customized for the community or region in which it was sold. This booklet=s ads feature Cheyenne businesses. According to a reference in an article about the Help One Another Club, the booklet was used to raise money for the club
The book includes a roster of Wyoming men and women serving in the armed forces during World War II, with a brief related address by Governor Lester Hunt
The balance of the booklet features information on selected presidents, flag history and etiquette, food conservation, food preparation, rationing, military insignias, abbreviations for U.S. Government agencies, first aid, and instructions for addressing correspondence to prisoners of war and civilian internees
