Personal diary of Eugene “Gene” Emerson, a resident of Laramie, WY. The small five year diary contains entries beginning on New Year’s Eve, 1936, and continuing thru July 11, 1937. The entries pick up again on New Year’s Eve, 1937, and continue through January 08, 1938. There is a piece of correspondence at the rear of the diary addressed to Mr. Emerson from “M.B.”. The postmark is December 20, 1939
