During the Depression, Grace Heaney, a Casper resident, worked for the state planning board. Letters between her and Dan Greenburg, State Planning Board director, reflect the problems of getting and maintaining stable employment during this time. Also included are minutes of the Natrona County Planning Board and a directory of federal and state agencies
