Scope and Content: Carter family members were pioneers of the Fort Bridger area. Within this collection are records about family genealogy, social life and correspondence from family members about western opportunities, family activities and life in Fort Bridger. The collection also contains four file folders of newspaper clippings, greeting cards, pamphlets and notes about homemaking hints, stories, religious articles, family members, social events, and Lexington, Missouri.
