“Constitution, By-Laws, Rules of Order, and Scale of Prices of Wyoming Typographical Union no. 184.” The booklet, dated 1890, is burned around the edges. A note in the collection states it was in the Wyoming Tribune building when it burned. The fire did not affect the text.

Also in the collection is a bound notebook with minutes of meetings of labor groups. One meeting was held in 1933, the rest in 1935. The 1933 meeting was held in Laramie and apparently at least partly involved the Laramie Central Labor Union. The locations of the 1935 meetings are not recorded. At least one of the 1935 meetings involved the “F.L.U.” The groups are not clearly identified in the minutes. The descriptions of the meetings are fairly general, but specific issues are mentioned.

A note in the collection, which may or may not refer to either item, reads “In [illegible][illegible] in basement of old opera house, Capitol Ave., property of J.M. Carey(?) and Bro.”
