Two copies (positive and negative) of pages from a ledger including a proposal, contractual information, and routes for overland mail routes to Salt Lake City and California. Information on stage/wagon transport, as well as the Pony Express, is included in these records. Information on a southern mail route to California is also included. The copies were obtained from the National Archives.
