Biographical Note
The Chapman family were longtime residents of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Albert Chapman, son of William W. and Anna Clarkson Chapman, married Belle Garland, daughter of Capt. William J. and Mary Ebey Garland, in Illinois in 1882. The couple had two children, Lillian and Mark A.
