Scope and Contents
Files contain bids, specifications, contracts, reports of road supervisors and personnel correspondence. Most of the letters from 1871 to the turn of the century document how road and bridge matters affected personal and business lives. Files also contain information on the Good Roads Movement in the county and the development of the Lincoln Highway.
