Scope and Contents
Surveyor's notes on the establishment of the Uinta County Utah and Uinta County Sweetwater County boundaries. Surveyors from the Utah and Wyoming Districts and the U. S. Land Commissioners worked on these projects.
Volume 1 (1881) contains daily field notes on the Uinta County Sweetwater County boundary (1881) and provides inforĀ¬mation on topography, geography, and the location of fences, roads, creeks and surveyor's markers.
Volume 2 contains calculations on a re survey of the Uinta County Utah boundary and mentions some of the problems arising in the project.
