Order 1 Regulations governing the filing and publication of schedules of rates of interstate public utilities such as railroads, express companies, sleeping car companies, private car lines, telegraph and telephone companies or corporations, as provided for in Section 36, Chapter 146 of the Session Laws of Wyoming 1915.
