Proceedings of the commission about regulatory issues involving utilities, railroads and commercial vehicles. Minutes contained in boxes 1-4 are copies of open hearing minutes. There is some overlap between the open hearing minutes and certified original minutes found in Box A and Box 1 for years 1973 through 1975.
