Scope and Contents
Information Record No. 2 is the court record of criminal allegations made against the defendant by one or more persons, in front of witness(es), and brought before the District Court by the County Prosecuting Attorney. The said information being the basis by which the defendant could be formally charged with an alleged criminal act and be brought before the court to make answer and plead guilty or innocent to the charge(s). The record provides information on the nature of the charge(s), defendant's name, complainant’s name, and names of witnesses and statement of exact charge.
