Chronological by date of property sale and thereunder, numerical by certificate of purchase number.
Record of land sold for the payment of delinquent taxes. Entries list owner's name, school district number, legal description of property, amount of tax, penalty and interest, name of purchaser, date redeemed, certificate of redemption number, and name of receiver of tax deed. There is a separate index (1913-1919) to Volume 1.
