Scope and Contents
Records of attendance and scholastic accomplishments. Information generally includes name of teacher, names of students, attendance record, subjects, scores, promotion status, and statistical information about the school. Volumes include Daily Attendance Registers, Daily Attendance and Classification Registers, and Attendance, Classification, Gradation, and Close Supervision registers. Some volumes contain related loose records with additional information about the school and its students.
