Scope and Contents
Records include a copy of original Teacher Retirement Act, enacted in 1943, and which was the forerunner of all public employees retirement laws in the state; resolution of the Board of Trustees to include the School District in the Retirement Pro-gram; Attorney General's opinion on the legality of the Act; official news releases of the Department of Education; retirement enrollment forms; and correspondence concerning retirement.
