01.00.01 Voter Registration Cards, circa 1950-1962
Scope and Contents
Registration of eligible voters within the county. Cards give name, address, birth place, birth date, sex, color, precinct, district, signature and residency, and may include mother's maiden name, and place and date of naturalization. The reverse side gives voting record, showing year, type of election, and sometimes whether the person voted Republican (R) or Democrat (D).
