Record of receipts and disbursements. Entries from 1891-1916 are only for licenses and marshal's and police judge’s fines. Information includes date, name and amount paid for a specific license. A report on fees from licenses and fines may follow at the end of a fiscal year.

Beginning in 1917, separate entries were made for receipts and disbursements, warrants, and monthly balances. Entries may be for salaries, utilities, bonds, various taxes, interest, and fees.

The back of the volume contains a register of bond coupons redeemed for Paving District 3 (1938-1943), Paving District 4 (1940), Paving District 5 (1937), and Park Bonds (1935-1938), from Improvement District No. 2 (South Side Sewer) (1937-1939), and monthly balance of cash on hand (1931-1940).
