Applications for the operation of a retail liquor business. Information includes name of applicant, name and address of establishment, legal description of property, names and addresses of partners, answers to questions of character vis a vis the liquor trade, financial statement on the assets, liabilities, insurance, mortgage, and equity in the business, itemized inventory of liquor on hand and sometimes a description of property. After 1961, forms no longer required financial statement or inventory.

Files may also include list of owners and establishments seeking an annual renewal of licenses, and correspondence from Wyoming Liquor Commission on liquor laws and licenses as they relate to Green River.
