High school graduating student permanent record cards. The format of the cards was changed between 1939 and 1941. Therefore, two alphabetical series include pupil's name and residence, type of course taken (normal or college training), transcript of grades, graduation date and guardian's name. Some containing student's age or birthplace.

The cumulative record cards from 1941 through 1966 include pupil's name and address, test results, transcript of grades, date of graduation, birthplace, and guardian's name.
