Scope and Contents
Miscellaneous records consist of various documents filed with the clerk of court, such as coroner inquests, jury lists, admissions to the bar, judicial orders, certificates, memorials, and probate, civil and criminal records or artifacts not filed in case files. Box 1 also contains will of John "Pete" Baumgartner (1936), will of Frances Whitaker (1912), and various papers belonging to T. E. Archibald.
An index is maintained by the Clerk of Court.

The collection is open for research though some record types may be restricted. Access to the following records is restricted and requires authorization from Park County District Court to review and copy:

- Criminal Case Files--Confidential
