One soft cover book of small (9" X 11") plats denoting lands which were condemned by the City of Sheridan in designated flood plain areas. Most plats are for property required for the project, the transference of such properties being the result of court orders issued in the District Courts of Sheridan and Johnson Counties in 1961 and 1962, respectively.

These plats were produced by the City of Sheridan, Engineering Department, and are dated January 15, 1960. Most are on a scale of one inch equaling fifty feet, and provide the property owner's name. These were filed with the Assessor's office to adjust individual tax notices and schedules. Also included are copies of the court orders of conveyance from Sheridan and Johnson Counties District Courts, which list parcels and individuals involved.
