Incoming and outgoing correspondence and an expense register for the Governor's Office. Correspondence involves local, state and federal issues. The bulk of the correspondence is with U. S. Government agencies. The expense register documents minor expenses from the Governor's office. Volume also includes expenses of Governors Brooks, J. M. Carey, Kendrick, Houx, Wm. Ross, Lucas, N. Ross, and Emerson.
