General Outgoing and Incoming Correspondence, 1915-1917
Scope and Contents
Most incoming correspondence is accompanied by the governor's reply. The correspondence includes a variety of materials dealing with public concerns, requests for information, celebrations, expositions, minor appointments, troop mobilization, defense, relief work. WW II related agencies, etc. Correspondence with other U. S. states and foreign consulates is included herein.
