Bar dockets record the progress of cases. Entries list names of plaintiff, defendant and attorneys and comments about the trial or proceedings. Throughout most of the volume the remarks section is left blank or records the trial date.

Access Restrictions

Access to confidential case files is restricted. Videotapes of the rededication of the Supreme Court Building time capsule cannot be accessed until 2037. Otherwise there are no access restrictions on the materials for research purposes, and the collection is open to the public.
