Scope and Contents
Record of deeds for town lots. Lists note date, grantor, grantee, instrument, and fee for recording with City Clerk in Volume 1. Volume 1 also contains minutes of City's Town lots Committee whose duty was to keep record of lands turned over to the city for town sites, abstract, transactions, and recording fees on the same.
