Requisition and Extraditions papers to apprehend and return fugitives to the state of their crime. Request to the Governor to authorize a $250 reward for the arrest and delivery of Mike Smith. Also a correspondence to the Governor concerning issuing a $500 reward for the apprehension and conviction of an unknown person or persons who assaulted Arthur Gwynn.
