Scope and Contents

Documents attesting to the death of an individual. Information includes name, date and place of death, length of residence at place of death, sex, race, marital status, name of spouse, date and place of birth, age, occupation, names and birthplaces of parents, name and address of informant, date and place of internment, name of undertaker, date of filing, cause of death, and additional information related to the determination of causes of death.

NOTE: RESTRICTED access 50 years from death date. Open records on microfilm.
