Criminal case files from the Big Horn County Prosecuting Attorney. Files contain transcript proceedings, correspondence, copies of orders, complaints, and judgments.

NOTE: There are some criminal files that the Archives is holding because they are scheduled for destruction after twenty years from initial date.

Other case files are being held because they contain transcript proceedings. Once the Archives receives the case file from Big Horn County District Court the transcripts will be interfiled and the remaining files will be disposed of according to the schedule.
