Judge's Notes and Other Separated Filings and Exhibits, circa 1934-2009
Scope and Contents
Sealed judge's notes and other items pulled from civil case files before the files were microfilmed. Identifying targets were used in place of the notes on the film. There may be multiple envelopes for a case. Also filed with this series are additional filings, received after filming, for case nos. 13806, 14272, 15562, 18821, 19252, 19292, 19490, 19690, 19801, and 20299. The files for case nos. 8503, 18194, and 19704 were at the court when the files were filmed. The originals are filed with this series. Files for case nos. 18301 and 18694 were filmed then sent to the court before being destroyed. The entire files, including additions made after filming, are filed with this series.
Notes without case numbers are filed at the front of Box 1.
