Scope and Contents

Case files consist of documentation from individual case proceedings. Records may include writs of attachment, judgments, executions, motions, petitions, evidence, and transcripts of testimony.

The files for case nos. 8503, 18194, and 19704 were at the court when the files were filmed. The originals are filed with Judge's Notes and Other Separate Filings and Exhibits. Files for case nos. 18301 and 18694 were filmed then sent to the court before being destroyed. The entire files, including additions made after filming, are also filed with Judge's Notes and Other Separate Filings and Exhibits.
