Scope and Contents
Legal case files involving complaints brought against the Department of Health, its political sub-divisions and/or its employees.
*In 1990, the Centennial Legislature, continuing with the reorganization of state government, created the Department of Health and the Department of Family Services. The Health and Social Services Division was transferred to the new Department of Health. Legal case files created prior to 1990 may be found in the Director’s Files, Department of Health and Social Services, RG 0071.
