Scope and Contents

The Partnership was created by a stipulation that was the result of a lawsuit filed against various state officials regarding concern over inadequate care for individuals with serious mental illness. The Partnership was authorized to resolve disputes without litigation.

The collection includes meeting minutes and supplementary materials, correspondence, reports, case papers, and topical administrative files.
