An appraisal of real estate property for tax purposes. In Volume 1 (1883-1884) information includes name of owner and value of lot and improvements. In Volumes 2-5, information includes date of construction, name and address of owner, legal description of lot, lot and block numbers, house number, street name, improvement value, percentage of depreciation, amount of depreciation, assessed value of improvements, assessed land value, outline of buildings on lot, and if new owners should acquire the property, names of grantors and grantees, kind of instrument, and date of transaction.
