Scope and Contents

Reports of airplane accidents. Information includes the date, time, location, and the origin and destination of the flight. Also, the names of the pilot and passengers, injuries, and/or fatalities, weather conditions, and a description of the aircraft. Attachments to the initial report may include photographs, correspondence, medical report, witness report, statement of pilot, investigatory report, and newspaper clippings.

Acceess to airpport facility and building plans is restricted. Otherwise, there are no known access restrictions on the materials for research purposes, and the collection is open to the public.
