Scope and Contents

Correspondence, reports and news articles of the Office of Information Practices with regards to the management of public and confidential information in public records. The office surveyed the efforts of other states and worked to develop legislation that was in line with the Privacy Act of 1974. Files contain general correspondence from other states, monthly reports, speeches/interviews, and sampling of work within selected agencies.
