Scope and Content
From the Collection:
Civil, criminal and juvenile dockets filed with the Goshen County Justice of the Peace and County Courts. Cases heard by the Justice of the Peace Courts involved misdemeanor charges. Felony cases were either dismissed or bound over to the County District Court. Cases heard by the County Courts could involve either misdemeanor or low-level felony charges.
