01.01 License Applications, 1937-1976
Scope and Contents
Various records reviewed by the Board of Podiatry before issuing a license. All files contain an application for examination for state podiatry license, which provide name and address of applicant, educational and professional history, citizenship, residency and a photograph. Accompanying the applications may be test scores, educational transcripts, copies of diplomas, letters of recommendation, certificates from other states and pertinent correspondence.
