Scope and Contents
The State Plan of the Wyoming Residential Conservation Service Program explains the goals, guidelines and objectives of the office in compliance with Federal guidelines. The records of the State Plan include reviews of drafts, correspondence on suggested changes in drafts and drafts and final copies. A final copy was filed with the U. S. Department of Energy.
