01.01.02 Graduate Records, 1968-1969

 File — Box: 8

Scope and Contents

From the File:

Records include information on high school graduates, usually covering students who attended grades 9-12. See box list.

Students’ permanent records include permanent record cards (PRCs), transcripts of grades, health records and, in some cases, correspondence with parents, performance evaluations, and national achievement tests and scores. PRCs provide student name, date of admission, date of birth, parents’ names and occupations (occasionally) and grades for subjects in each year of attendance. Permanent folders usually include transcripts of grades, health records, correspondence, performance evaluations, and national achievement tests and scores, in addition to the record card. Only PRCs are available for students graduating from 1922 through school year 1957-1958, folders and cards are available for graduates from 1958-59 through 1972-73 and all non-graduating students as well as elementary students. However, these folders vary in completeness and may only contain the card.
