Scope and Contents
General correspondence pertaining to the administration of Governor Nellie T. Ross. Of particular note is a file of incoming and outgoing correspondence pertaining to charges against Frank Hadsell, Warden of the State Penitentiary, kitchen equipment at the State Penitentiary, health inspection at the State Penitentiary and statistics on ages of inmates. Also a record of dialogue at August 8, 1925 special meeting of State Board of Charities and Reform.
