Scope and Contents
Petitions for pardons, commutations, and restorations of citizenship by and in behalf of convicts in and released from the Wyoming State Penitentiary, and in county jails. Petitions for juveniles in the State Industrial School for Boys in Golden, Colorado are also included. Records include letters from and to family members, friends, and other interested parties; formal petitions; and public notices. A decision is included in many of the files.
