11.02 Criminal Dockets (1868-1975), Oct 1907 – May 1909
Scope and Contents
Criminal dockets record the outcome of criminal court proceedings. Information includes date, name of defendant, nature of charge, plea, judgment, and fine and court costs. Unlike their counterparts in district court, the municipal dockets do not provide any information concerning the background of the crime or the course of the hearings. Volume 2 condenses the recording process even further, noting the name of the defendant, charge, judgment (always guilty), fine and court costs and for 1869, the name of the defendant, date, receipt number and fine. See also municipal court criminal docket sheets.
