Arrangement: Chronological by date of criminal complaint and when possible, numerical b case number.

This series consists of miscellaneous papers, which have been separated from case files. Those from 1870 1877 are executions, warrants and criminal complaints issued by Justices W. L. Kuykendall and John Slaughter mainly against people charged with intoxication or disturbance of the peace. There are case numbers on some of the papers, but unfortunately, these references are to lost docket books.

The later papers from 1973-1979 include executions, warrants, court orders and notices of appeal. Most of these instruments pertain to appeals in district court.
