Scope and Contents

Correspondence, contracts, and projects related to the Fremont County DFS under Director Nat Belser. Correspondence is typically within the DFS department, but occasionally includes letters to and from the reservation. The contracts are between the state and tribal government for services. Projects focus primarily on the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program.

*Due to a governmental reorganization in 1990, the Department of Health and Social Services became the Department of Family Services. The Director=s Files begin in RG 0071 - Dept of Health/Social Services, 06.03.
