Records of graduates and non-graduates. Records include permanent record cards, health cards, photos, and standardized test summaries. Information for each student may include grades, place of residence, name of parent or guardian, occupation of parent, student's date and place of birth, date of graduation, attendance record, test scores, credits earned, immunizations, and other health information.
