Scope and Contents

Governor Jim Geringer’s incoming and outgoing e-mail. The emails were originally created in GroupWise and saved to the discs using Nexic. Each disc also has a copy of Adobe Reader version 5.05, Netscape communicator 4.75, QuickViewPlus.

On disc 1, there are four sets of folders which may contain the messages: Mail, Tasks, Work in Progress and Cabinet. The messages on the remaining discs are included in Cabinet and/or Sent Items. The CDs do not include all of the Governor’s e-mail messages, calendar items, or appointments. Damage to the mail database caused the loss of some items created prior to 1999.
