Access to confidential case files is restricted. Access for 2007 cases going forward will need to be requested through the Wyoming Supreme Court. Videotapes of the rededication of the Supreme Court Building time capsule cannot be accessed until 2037.

Otherwise there are no access restrictions on the materials for research purposes, and the collection is open to the public.
