Scope and Contents
Wyoming Senate Joint Memorial No. 2 and Utah Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 3 memorializing the Congress of the U. S. for authorizing the Colorado River Storage Project and participating projects. Also included is a Wyoming Senate Bill to designate a Wyoming Commissioner to the U.C.R.C. and to provide an appropriation for Wyoming's share of the Commission's expenses.
