01.02.02 Expense Registers, 1905‑1906
Scope and Contents
The first volume is indexed by name of the agent incurring the expense. Per diem voucher numbers or purchases are listed. The second volume is indexed broadly by personnel and projects with expenses listed chronologically. Volume 3 shows contingent expenses by claimants listed chronologically. This volume also has separate sections for each water division. The fourth volume also shows contingent expenses for each water division and the reason for the expense.
