These files contain project support records including purchase orders listing supplies and equipment for each project; payrolls listing employees, their jobs, rate of pay per hour or week, and number of hours worked; travel mileage and expenses; work project approval applications listing personnel, salaries and wages, equipment and material, and proposed total estimate costs for each project; completed project reports listing proposed and actual project costs as well as approved costs; correspondence pertaining to issued and delayed vouchers.
